Disappointing News...=(

Hey Everyone,
Well, just wanted let you know the results of what place we are in. They decided NOT to count our game, which means we are now in 9th out of tenth place. I'm personally really disappointed, but I guess there's always next season. I will try to post cool things on here until soccer starts up again this fall. But until then, HAVE A GREAT SUMMER!!!

Last Soccer Game Update...

Hey Everyone,
Just wanted to update you on our latest game. It was actually a make-up game from a game that was called because of rain. We actually played on Saturday, but I haven't had a chance to post it yet. Well, I can't really give you the score, because we never got to finish the game. After about 14 minutes of playing, we all saw striking lightning, and then heard thunder a few seconds later. Everyone quickly took shelter at the park's shelter. The referee told us that we would half to wait 30 minutes each time we saw and heard lightning and thunder. Well, the lightning and thunder went on and off for about an hour or so, and each time it struck, we had to restart the 30 minute clock. Well, it was about 6:00 by that time, and the sky showed no sign of a break with lightning or thunder. =( So, everyone went home. Well, there is good news about this, and bad news. The good news is that before we had to stop, we scored 1 goal. The bad news is that the referee said that it would have to be half time before he could write down that we just won, just to be fair. So, they might just not write this game down. Which means we might end up in 9th place, whereas we could have been in 6th place if we had won. At this point, no one really knows. My coach wanted to reschedule the game on a weeknight, but the other coach can't. So, that's pretty much all I know. I will give you more information when I get it. Thanks! Until then, =)

Latest Game Update...

Hey Everyone,
Just wanted to update you on our latest game. Well, we played really hard the whole game, but unfortunately we lost 4-0. Leaving us in 1-3-3. One win, three losses and three ties. I am still getting over a really bad cold today, but I still played. Well, I'll let you know how our last game goes next week. Until then,
